Terms of Service
Payments:
> I accept Paypal only.
> Client must at least pay 50% to 100% upfront before I start working.
> I will not start working on a piece before payment.Work In Progress:
> Changes can be made while the piece is still in sketch phase, after the sketch is approved additional changes will be charged.
> I work for a piece in 1 week - 2 months deadline (depends on the commission), rushed commission will have additional fee.
> If said deadline are missed I will give some form of compensation (this could be 15% refund or bonus content).The Finished Piece:
> The finished piece will have my watermark however it will not cover nor distract the full illustration.
> Client will be given png file, psd file and any past progress file (if there's any) all in one google drive folder.
> I have the right to publish the finished piece on my socials and portofolio.
> Client must tag/give credit if they decide to publish the finished piece on their socials.Refunds/Discontinue:
> If the client ask for refund/discontinue, I will only offer 15% refund of the total commission fee, and the client will only be given the progress piece before the refund (not the full finished artwork).
> If I ask to discontinue, client will be refunded fully or any amount the client has purchased before.
